4 . Technical terms which you will see until contracts.
*家賃（Yachin）: Rent Rate per month
*敷金（Shikikin）: Deposit, generally 2 or 3 months of rent. Sometimes, not required.  
*礼金（Reikin）:Key money, not refundable,  generally 2 or 3months of rent. Sometimes, not required.
*管理費（Kanrihi）: Control Cost
*共益費（Kyouekihi）:Common Service Expense
*火災保険（Kasaihoken）: Fire insurance, must be required.
*家賃保証会社（Yachinhoshougaisha）: Rent Guarantee Company.
*保証人（Hoshounin）: Guarantor, sometimes not required. It depends on landlord.
*仲介手数料（Chuukaitesuuryou）: Comission for real-estate agency.
*解約（Kaiyaku）: Cancellation, generally required to be announced 1months before move-out.
*原状回復（Genjyoukaifuku）: Site restoration expense as original condition.

5 . Initianl Cost
When you rent an apartment in Japan, you have to prepare some initial costs.
Generally, initial costs will be 5 to 6 months of rent.
